Hi Phil, you came to present at my The Right Mortgage Network back in 2019 I think. I have bought and given many of your little black and orange book away to help people. When/are you coming back to the UK to tour?

Thank you for this video, Phil M Jones, it is effective and applicable, I think I now know when and how to ask for referrals
Opening with a negative sentence is terrible actually, "YOU WOULDN'T HAPPEN TO KNOW" The answer might just be NO I WOULDN'T. Better to ask ,could you simply refer or introduce me to one person, family, company, etc I started using this asking for a favour system in the 70's and have been ever since.
